(I) the lubrication of this series of gear pumps is carried out by transporting oil. Therefore, the delivered oil should be kept
clean. If the entrained sundries are sucked into the pump, it will have a serious impact on the service life, and even block the oil pump to work
(II) preparation before the oil pump is started:
1. Check whether the fasteners need to be strengthened urgently
2. Check whether the oil kink strength will drop rapidly, and whether the pump can rotate flexibly and whether it is blocked
3. Whether the power supply is normal
4. Whether the oil inlet and outlet pipe joints are fastened. Whether the oil suction height and lift exceed the specified requirements
5. When the oil inlet pipe is inserted into the oil barrel, the nozzle shall not be higher than the oil level to prevent air from mixing
(III) maintenance when the oil pump is working:
1. Check whether there is heating in all parts of the oil pump
2. When the oil pump is found to have abnormal noise or excessive heating, stop the oil pump immediately,
and eliminate the fault
3. Pay attention to whether there is "oil leakage" outside the oil seal. If there is oil leakage, check whether it is worn out or whether the spring is too loose
4. Always keep the oil pump and work site clean

first lift the oil suction pipe out of the oil surface to drain the oil stored in the pipeline, and then cut off the power supply. If there is a valve device in the oil drainage pipeline, it is not allowed to close the valve before stopping
IV. faults and troubleshooting
(I) the gear pump cannot discharge liquid or the oil discharge is small:
1. If the suction height exceeds the maximum suction vacuum, check the height of the oil inlet surface
2. If air leaks into the oil suction pipe, make the joint close and remove the air leakage
3. If the rotation direction is wrong, make the spindle rotate in the direction shown on the label
4. Check the oil suction pipe for blockage or other faults
5. If the resistance in the oil discharge pipeline is too large, the valve should be opened to reduce the discharge pressure
6. If the resistance in the oil suction pipe is too large, the oil suction pipe should be retracted or the diameter of the oil suction pipe should be increased
7. If the lower end of the oil suction pipe is not fully immersed in liquid, it should be checked and corrected
8. If the temperature of the discharged oil is low and the particle size increases, or the particle size of the oil itself is too large, preheat or reduce the discharge pressure
(II) the required power is too large:
1. The transmitted liquid particles are too large, and the discharge pressure should be preheated or reduced
2. Check if the oil drainage pipeline is blocked
3. The rotating part does not work well, which causes overheating due to friction. It should be checked
(III) liquid leakage:
1. If the fastening body is loose, tighten the bolts
2. The oil seal ring has been used for too long and has been worn out. It should be replaced
3. The paper pad on each joint surface is broken and should be replaced
4 parts are damaged and should be repaired
(IV) abnormal sound occurs in the oil pump:
1. If the oil cannot be sucked, the first type of fault inspection should be carried out
2. If the assembly is improper, it should be repaired
3. The tooth surface has been worn or bitten, resulting in reduced surface cleanliness, which should be repaired
4. The driving shaft or driven shaft is not concentric, and the shaft has been bent, so it should be repaired
5. If the rotating part interferes, it should be disassembled for maintenance
6. The bearing has been damaged and should be replaced
