The board of directors team of covestro has appointed the supervisory board of Bayer Material Technology Co., Ltd. (future covestro Germany Co., Ltd.), and has appointed the members of the management board of future covestro, which will take effect on September 1st, 2015. Patrick Thomas (57) has been confirmed as the chairman of the management board of costron and the Global CEO of Bayer materials technology since 2007. Frank h. Lutz (46 years old), who joined Bayer materials technology in October 2014, will remain the CFO of covestro.
